When I first approached the building, I was warmly greeted and told what the steps was to enter the building. Texas Department of Public Safety has been absolutely fantastic about all the protocol for the safety of your employee and the public during the Covid-19 pandemic. Not only have you met my request for my driver license renewal and changes, but you all have gone over and above my best expectations. It is truly your hard work and dedication that have made this experience a very simple and easy transition for me.
