I had an appointment at the DPS located in Plano, and I have to commend all of the employees' attitude and hard work. From the time I arrived to the time I left I felt safe and cared for. Each employee was helpful making sure that we were following good social distancing and health guidelines. I didn't feel crowded or rushed. I love being able to book an appointment online and then doing an online check-in. I felt that it was very efficient. Colin helped me at the counter and he was friendly and helpful. The woman who completed my wellness check before going into the facility was well spoken, polite and professional. I know that with everything going on right now, many people forget that a little kindness and respect can go a long way. I just wanted to let you know that I had a really good experience, and I appreciate all of the thought and effort that was put into place to help keep the employees and patrons safe. Please relay to the staff at the Plano DPS location that they did a phenomenal job. Keep up the good work!
