I just got my driver license renewed at the Plano Driver License Office and it was the best and easiest renewal I have ever experienced! The appointment method is so much better than the "old way" where the line snakes around the building and when you finally get inside, nearly all the chairs are taken! It was smooth, efficient and quick and in and out under 30 minutes! Everyone was very professional and helpful, especially Colin, he was great! Thanks for making a once dreaded experience pleasant!
