I just completed the process of renewing my driver license in person at the Garland Mega Center. The process could not have been more smooth, efficient, and safe! I am thankful that I had made an appointment and filled out my application form ahead of time, but I am still amazed at the speed with which I moved through the process. The representative who completed my transaction, Charlotte, was friendly, courteous, and thorough in processing my application and answering my questions. I have never had an experience at any DPS office completed so quickly and easily. Thank you for your attention to detail in revising your procedures during this pandemic.
