On Sunday 10/25/20 I had a flat tire and had to pull off onto the shoulder. Trooper Juarez from Laredo pulled up next to me to ask if I was okay. I explained the situation and he graciously helped me. I was terrified and Trooper Juarez' actions put me at ease. He changed my tire so I could drive on the spare in order to get to a safe location. Trooper Juarez was extremely professional and kind. I am extremely grateful and feel he truly embodies the core values of a state trooper. Thank you for all you do and I feel safe knowing people like Trooper Juarez are there to protect us.
