Trooper Alonzo went above and beyond regular duty to make sure one of my drivers for Timco Logistics was protected and safe after a medical issue. On 09/13/2020, I was notified by Trooper John Alonzo and Sheriff's Department in Potter County that one of my drivers, was possibly having a medical issue. He was traveling to California when he began having a medical issue and initially was somewhat disoriented. The Sheriff's Department, City Police and Texas Department of Public Safety arrived and checked out the entire situation. Trooper Alonso contacted Timco Logistics Dispatch Office. I was notified of the situation and followed up. Trooper Alonso kept Our Safety Department updated on the situation and the well-being of my driver. After he was cleared, Trooper Alonso checked on him periodically. His professionalism displayed is a compliment to the Department.
