Sandra did an excellent job in assisting me. When I came in that office I was a little irritated. Sandra was patient and she listened to me. Sandra showed empathy as if she was in my shoes. Sandra was quick in assisting me with her adorable smile. I left feeling like I got something accomplish today with a smile on my face.
