I would like to give kudos to Kaymi at the Garland Mega Center. Her computer froze twice during my transaction, but she kept her cool and remained professional the whole time. I drove 45 minutes to get a same day appointment at her location, and she made sure my trip was worth my while and got my transaction completely timely, despite the technical difficulties.
