Drove out to the DPS office in Hempstead and everyone was extremely nice and cordial. The gentleman outside checking folks in for appointments had a great demeanor and was prompt with paperwork and the process. No one loves going to the DPS, but this office was so polite and had their stuff together. Thanks for making a normal tedious process better!!!
