I got my DL renewed and I just wanted to heap as much praise as I could on the entire staff at the location at 12220 S. Gessner, 77071. The line was nonexistent due to the efficiency of the staff. My appointment was at 11am, and I checked in at 1030. I already had the forms filled out. I walked in at 10:30 and was out by 10:40.
