I renewed my license and it was the smoothest process I have ever experienced. The appointments work great and everyone I had contact with was so friendly and helpful. Frances was the person who I worked with for the actual renewal and she was efficient and friendly and explained the new process very well. It was so nice to have someone that was so helpful and cheerful while completing the whole process so quickly. I had an 8:30 am appointment and checked in just after 8 and was back in my car at 8:38 am. I hope that the appointments will continue even when all of this is over. It is a fantastic improvement.
