Going to DPS has always been like pulling teeth, long lines, crowds and folks that were not real sharp. Since the Mega center at Gessner went to appointment only I thought, OMG this is going to be a cluster, I waited in the entry and was met by a lady, can’t remember her name, but she led me in the right direction and checked on me frequently. She worked the lobby area and did vision tests. Once I got in line at the counter I was waiting, then a lady at a different counter was just finishing up with other folks she looked over at me and waved me on over to her counter. Once there she was the most pleasant person to talk with, she made some small talk and just put the encounter on such pleasant terms. I believe she knew that anyone going to DPS is typically an unpleasant adventure. Well she put a smile on my face and made the visit very enjoyable. I remember when I was leaving that I said to myself I need to let someone know about her customer care was excellent. I don't take the time to do this very often and coming from me takes a lot effort that I normally would not do. Thumbs up to Chere Bennett.
