I went to the DPS to change my address. In reality, I needed a learners permit, but could not find this option online. In the process of trying to change my address, I asked about the permit and she was very gracious to help me. I had some documents with me, but others were in my email. When I had difficulty finding them on my phone, she helped me find them. She recommended doing the learners permit with my new address instead of my having to come back again which would cost me time and more money. She also helped me schedule an appointment for the driver license in two weeks so I would not have to wait too long for another appointment. She was very patient, did not seem to be in the rush. During the time she took care of me, I was the only one that mattered. I was treated like royalty despite her not knowing me or ever having me. I really appreciated the help and support I received from Ms. Filetti on that day.
