Due to my procrastination, I forgot my driver license was expired and had a flight to catch in two days!!

I renewed my TX driver license at the Marshall location. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who checked me in but she was very courteous and efficient.

My 88-year-old Mother had to get driver license renewed in person. We arrived on time for a 9:00 appointment. Then walked into the office and got into a line of three people.

I would like to compliment the office at the Bryan location in particular an employee who had outstanding customer service.

Oh my goodness where do I began this young lady was absolutely perfect. Fast and so polite. After being in Covid quarantine this was a beautiful person to talk to and so sweet.
