I was just in the Plano Driver License Office on Parker Road to renew my license. Thank you for offering scheduled appointment times. My experience was so much more pleasant than in the past and my wait time was just over an hour, as opposed to the three hours I spent last time. I also want you to know how wonderful the staff at this office is. The young ladies greeting and directing us as we came into the building were helpful and so patient. One gal spent much time with an elderly man who struggled to understand the process.
