I went to get my license renewed yesterday at the Hearne DPS office. I was immediately impressed with the patience and kindness of the two women employees working there. They had to deal with missing and outdated documents again and again but were always helpful and encouraging. Renee Medina handled my case with friendly efficiency. Kudos to her and her colleague.
