I just wanted to say that my experience with Shelly Dominick at the Baytown location was the best customer service I have ever experienced at a DPS. She was extremely friendly and helpful; she went out of her way to help me and it is so very much appreciated. She is obviously a very knowledgeable employee with great customer service.
