Ava was awesome; she went above and beyond for us. She is also so polite and does not even know how much of an angel she is. This is my son's first time getting his license, and my husband is fixing to have surgery, so we are running around crazy. This call could have been a bad one, but Ava made it such a relief for me; she's an angel for that. We are driving three hours for this road test, and she made sure we had every piece of documents needed; she also called the driver license office.
