My purpose for being at the Plano DPS office was for license renewal. During the few minutes I spent in front of Mr. Lopez, I found him to be professional, courteous, and friendly at all times. He, and the other employees who assisted with electronic sign-in and vision testing, helped make the process a surprising delight. I was in and out in 36 minutes. Great job John Lopez and DPS!
