A ticket so early in the morning was no doubt going to affect the rest of the day, however the Trooper made it a positive day. Trooper King approached the vehicle and was incredibly respectful and professional. The experience was a very positive experience, not only for me, but for my daughter who had never had an encounter with a police officer/state trooper. She was brought up to respect authority, and she absolutely does. But in the news today, unfortunately there is a bad narrative that really isn’t true. Trooper King is a positive image for the Texas State Troopers. I know the State Trooper force is likely all respectful, I honestly hope I never have to encounter another trooper, but if I do I know they are world class. Thank you (TDPS) for training your troopers to have great respect for the citizens and thank Trooper King for displaying such a positive attitude.
