Jessica provided outstanding customer service as we were getting a license and permit for our children. She was incredibly resourceful, helpful, patient, responsible and knowledgeable. The experience we have had working with Jessica is the best experience we have ever had working with any DPS department. She was such a pleasure to work with in this process.
