I worked with Darryl Banks to transfer my license from Oklahoma to Texas and to help my wife change the name on her license. Darryl was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire process and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. To me it seemed like he was genuinely happy to be there and help us with the processes. I hope that he receives proper recognition for providing an outstanding service for the state of Texas and representing the state with a smile.
