I just want to let you know that your employee, Trish Davilla, is extremely polite and helpful. We went to the Jacksonville office to get my grandson’s permit and could not get checked in due to a typo when I set up the appointment. Trish Davilla asked if she could help me and my grandson, we went to her desk and she spent about 20 minutes with us to issue him his permit. Every office should have more people like Trish!
