I had an appointment for a DL renewal at Carrollton Mega Center. It was the easiest and most efficient operation I have experienced with DPS in over 20 years. They were extremely organized, efficient and friendly. The check-in was quick and the line moved along very well. Once my number was called the DPS employee who helped me, Elise Green, was very friendly, patient and efficient. My appointment time was 10:40 am and I was done at 10:49 am.
