Brandi works in the Hamilton office and she was so very helpful to my son and me. After, Covid and so many things taken away from these teenagers, she made this a special day for my son. I will always remember that she went way above and beyond customer service. She was a mom with a kind heart that understood my frustration after numerous visits to the DPS office.
