Thank you so much to Stephanie and Chris at the Flower Mound Office on Canyon Falls Dr. The care and attention they gave to my daughter was above and beyond our expectations. My daughter was scheduled to take her road test at 3:30, just before closing time. The driving school she attended gave us the wrong paperwork, and by the time we were able to pick up the correct forms, the DPS office would be done for the day. Stephanie and Chris assured us that if we came back the following day with the correct paperwork, we could skip the long line and could take the test. They squeezed us in between their lunch breaks and took great care of my daughter, whose nerves were frazzled with the unexpected delay. Thank you, Stephanie and Chris, for seeing a situation that could have proved frustrating for our family and turning it around to be a rewarding experience.
