Patsy made my whole experience! I have never had such a great experience at a DPS office before. She was friendly and professional. She used words like "please" and "thank you", which is rare in this day and time. No one wants to go to the DPS office and I would come every day, if I had to, just to be taken care of by Patsy. We need more people in this world, and in customer service, like her. I appreciate all her help and kindness. Keep up the great work Patsy! 10 out of 10 all the way around!
