I would like to acknowledge a member of your staff, Darryl Roberson, for the outstanding service he supplied me in helping me through the TTC process. His helpfulness, patience and professionalism were exemplary. It’s refreshing to encounter such a pleasant experience of which Darryl provided. I hope his performance doesn’t go unnoticed.
