I wanted to let you know about the incredible experience I had while visiting your Carrollton Mega Center. I have been to multiple DMV centers in multiple states over my 30+ years of driving. I have never had an experience that warranted me writing a positive review in the past. The DMV has been a place of customer disservice for me on multiple occasions. However, I most recently had to make a couple trips to the Carrollton Mega Center to help my son get his driver license. Ms. Tan was the most pleasant and helpful government employee I have ever had the privilege of working with in my life. Even though I did not have the proper paperwork on our first visit, she was extremely helpful explaining what paperwork I needed. As well as helping us reschedule coming back to get his driver license. She is a true asset to the Texas DPS!
