I went to the Waco Driver License Office where Danique Tucker assisted in transferring my Louisiana permit to Texas. Not only was she professional, efficient, and courteous, but she went out of her way to assure I was filling out the right paperwork. She maintained a kind and positive attitude the whole time and made me feel like a valued patron. The woman who was assisting people at the door was also phenomenal in customer service. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was kind and patient with me upon intake and helped me secure an appointment. Additionally, she allowed me to wait inside while I was waiting on my ride, since there was a torrential downpour outside and space inside to sit. I couldn't be more satisfied with my time there and commend the Waco office for the excellent customer service and hiring job it has done.
