I was very impressed with the overall experience of renewing my driver license at the North Lamar location. The work flow, logistics, interior design had much improved since my previous visit in 2015. I also want to recognize Terry LaBorde for his professionalism and personable approach in conducting the review of my credentials. The overall experience was pleasant. I hope that you continue the appointment system after the pandemic.
