I went to the DPS office at 6121 North Lamar for my appointment to renew my driver License. Olivia welcomed me at the front door. Ms. Page asked me immediately for my appointment time and then explained I had to check in on the "system machine" to receive an appointment number. She showed me to the machine, offered to help and then proceeded to assist me. I was fortunate to be assigned to Courtney Brooks, the employee to process my request. Ms. Brooks was competent, pleasant, helpful and a wonderful and amazingly kind person. She assisted me with pride and kindness. I must say she is an incredible asset to DPS as she represents the Department with pride and knowledge and is a person that not only does that, she makes your day as she is just a very nice, fantastic and great employee.
