I had the opportunity to renew my Texas driver license at the Denton location on Loop 288. I was very impressed with the entire process. When I realized my license was set to expire in July 2021 and that I could not renew it online, I almost panicked. I was worried that during a pandemic that it would take days to get it renewed. However, the process was just fine. I scheduled my appointment online, filled out the form online and printed it for my renewal and arrived at my scheduled time. It did take about 30 minutes to check in and wait for my turn, but it was not a bad experience at all. Sonia Rahman assisted me and she was kind, pleasant and efficient. Texas DPS has done a very good job of continuing to serve the citizens of Texas during a very difficult time.
