We want to give a big thank you, kudos and high-fives to Shonda at the location in Grand Prairie. The DMV and the DPS are maligned and ridiculed so much of the time that we had to let y'all know that Shonda got it all right. We were applying for a new DL after moving here from out of state. Shonda was patient, kind and understanding. She went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed to get our TX driver license. She worked with Olga, who was helping my husband and they both made sure we came back with the proper documentation. We are from TX and are so glad to be back home. Shonda made us feel like human beings instead of a ticket number. In fact, everyone at this facility was friendly and helpful during a time when many people were upset by the wait and the rainy weather outside. Thank you, Shonda. You are a gem.
