Olivia helped me at the North Austin DPS. She was very patient with me as the first set of documents I emailed was encrypted. I did not at one point feel rushed, which tends to add to stress to an already stressful process. Olivia interacted with me as a human, and not an inconvenience. She engaged me in conversation around why I was moving to Texas, and made me feel welcomed as a new Texas resident. I am very grateful for the service that she provided me and appreciate her attentiveness and grace. I'd also like to commend the DPS leadership who facilitate a supportive environment in which the employees feel valued, and therefore have the bandwidth to value others.
