I was fortunate enough to make an appointment. NO WAIT! In fact, the nice ladies at the entrance and front desk expedited my movement right back to the desk where I met with Ruben Flores. He was very professional, engaging and made the whole license renewal process a GREAT experience. If it hadn't been for the fact that it was difficult to capture the image of my fingerprints (that's on me...old hands!) I would have been out in ten minutes! Ruben is an outstanding ambassador for DPS and they are fortunate to have him! Keep up the great work and thanks for your service, Ruben!
