I recently took my 91 year old father to the Midland Center to get an ID since he had to give up driving. I had heard horror stories about this center so I was dreading going there. However, I made an appointment online and was pleasantly surprised that we were able to go after I was off work. When we arrived there were very few people there and we were seen within five minutes of arriving. Lizette D. was very pleasant and the whole center was run very efficiently. I love this new way of doing business there and I certainly hope you continue this process even after Covid has gone away. I was told the workers also like this new way of doing things and I would suspect it is much safer for them not having groups of people there for hours on end. Thank you very much for all you do for the citizens of the state of Texas.
