My daughter and I had appointments at the Denton Driver License office and you can quote me on this, we had so much fun. I know that is not a phrase associated with a DPS visit usually, but your staff was amazing!! We were greeted by Kristal who had a wealth of knowledge and told us exactly what we needed to have and although we had forgotten two things that we had to run and get, we were not annoyed by this at all because she was so thorough and knowledgeable!! Then LaTonya is a rock star!!! She is amazing at customer service and was absolutely the most pleasant, efficient and kind person not only to us, but to her staff. I can tell by their interactions that she is amazing. Gloria stepped in to help when LaTonya was called away for a situation that needed a supervisor and she was super helpful and got my license process completed. Then it was my daughter’s turn to get her permit and it was Robert who handled this. He was the funniest and nicest guy!!! He had an amazing pleasant attitude and even got the big license for my daughter to take a photo with. We left with everything we came for as well as a cute picture, a handful of dinner suggestions and what feels like a group of new friends. Please pass along our sincere thanks and appreciation!!
