I was absolutely blown away at how helpful and courteous Erica was. From my past experiences this is not usually the case. I was just so thankful that she was there to help me do what could have been a difficult experience. I do not usually leave comments, I wanted her to get the recognition she deserves for doing her job above and beyond what was asked of her.
