I wanted to let you know how wonderfully DeShonda Black treated my older mother when we were in to get her driver license renewed. My mom was very nervous about being in the DPS office to get her driver license renewed. DeShonda was so funny, kind, and caring with my mom. She spoke clearly and plainly so my mom, who is a bit hard of hearing, could easily understand her. DeShonda made the whole process of getting mom’s driver license extremely pleasant. I wish there were more people in the world like DeShonda who so clearly does their job so very well and cares about helping others. You all are lucky to have her in your employ. Thank you.
