I was in the San Angelo office and wanted to let you know that this employee has amazing customer service skills and was very friendly. She explained everything I needed to know and made sure I understood. Made me feel like she really wanted to help and not like I was just "another customer". Very knowledgeable of her job and was and was able to quickly answer my questions without doubt. If she is like this with all her customers, she definitely deserves a pay raise!! Thank you Erica!
