Great Experience at DPS. I took my older friend to renew his license and he was concerned about standing and walking which took about 20 minutes and then we met Gaylord. Gaylord was very accommodating for my friend's hearing and made small talk with me. Very pleasant gentleman. The appointment times worked great to control a crowd for a pandemic or anytime.
