Ms. Rahman was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. I arrived with an unusual situation regarding a problem with my name on my license. She handled my renewal carefully and professionally, seeking verification by her supervisor (who was also top notch) to make sure the name issue was resolved correctly. I very much appreciate how Ms. Rahman made my trip to DPS unbelievably easy and pleasant.
