I wanted to acknowledge Trooper Cozart. I was pulled over for a violation, he was one of the kindest men I have ever met. He was very respectful, well mannered, and kind to not only me but also to my two year old daughter. He took the time to make conversation with her and even gave her a state trooper badge sticker while I gathered the information he needed from me. I appreciate his attitude towards us today. In this already cruel world, and the struggles our officers deal with on a day to day basis, he deserves to be recognized, acknowledged and to know he made not only my day but my daughter's too.
