I wanted to just send a short note giving credit to one of your employees at the New Braunfels DPS location. I was helped by Rose who was not only cheerful and kind, but also helped guide me in the right direction in doing what I needed in order to keep my CDL license. Rose was a great resource of information, cheerful, and carried with her a great sense of humor as well.
