I just wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude and appreciation for the professionalism, patience, understanding, and humor that Erica Brown displayed during my visit to the Killeen Driver License Office to obtain a Texas DL. It was very nice and humbling to have a customer service representative, working a position where everybody constantly wants and demands everything, treat you with total respect, candor, and levity. Ms. Brown is a true professional and I wish all individuals had Ms. Brown’s level of humility! Thanks a million Erica!!!
