I went to DPS to get some help for my 87 year old mother who was needing to renew her driver license. I just needed information and my questions answered on what to do and Elizabeth Brown went the "extra mile" to help me and my mom. Elizabeth brought me into the facility and made an appointment for my mom for two days later. I was thrilled and told her she was an "angel" and how much I appreciated her help. When I told my mom she had an appointment she was extremely grateful. Elizabeth even asked me if I needed to make an appointment to renew my license. During this time of COVID in taking care of my parents, getting their vaccine, making it through the ice storm, and trying to get my mom's driver license renewed, Elizabeth made my day! Going the extra mile is such an attribute to her work ethic which is a rare find in employees now days. Thank you Elizabeth! :)
