Emally made renewing my driver license pleasant and much less frustrating than I had anticipated. While waiting in line outside the DPS facility, Emally was walking among the crabby, confused masses, answering questions, solving problems and directing folks to the proper location all with patience and good humor. Once inside, I had the good fortune to have Emally as my clerk to finish the process of renewing my license.
