Officer Rohr stopped me in Bell County this morning for failure to signal lane change. Officer Rohr was very courteous and friendly. Officer Rohr made me proud to be a Texan and exemplified not only the traits of a professional law officer, he was friendly, courteous and went fully explained the importance of using my signal. I appreciate his service to Texas and for keeping the roads safe for all of us traveling in Texas.
