On Apr 27, 2021 Trooper Haines conducted a traffic stop on me for speeding. Trooper Haines was very professional during the stop. As a former Law Enforcement Officer and Retired Marine I understand it is not easy serving in today’s environment. Most impressive was Trooper Haines during the initial contact and the execution of the 7 Step Violator Contact, something I have not heard in several years and something that is not being taught universally to law enforcement in the Country. Great Job to Trooper Haines and the rest of the Texas Department of Public Safety.
